Terms of Service

By creating a Staywise (mystaywise.com) account you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The service

Staywise lets you create a multilingual welcome guide for your holiday rental, share it by link or QR code, protect codes behind a PIN, and offer extras to guests.

Plans and billing

• Free: one property, guides in up to 2 languages, Staywise badge shown.
• Pro: €5 per property per month, billed monthly by Stripe, with a 14-day free trial. The amount follows your number of properties and is prorated when you add or remove one.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; you drop back to the free plan at the end of the period. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately.
• Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout.

Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store, process, translate and display it to your guests so the service works. You are responsible for its accuracy — including codes, rules and prices — and for having the right to use any photo you upload.

AI-written guides

The guide is drafted by AI from your notes. It can make mistakes. Please review it before sharing; you can edit every section.

Extras and payments to you

Extras are agreements between you and your guest. Payments go through your own payment link; Staywise takes no cut and is not a party to those transactions. Use guest contact details only to arrange their request.

Fair use

Don't use Staywise for illegal content, spam, or to collect guest data for other purposes. AI generation has daily limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

We work hard to keep Staywise available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under EU law.

Changes and contact
